With all of the habits of people, there almost always seems to be something missing as summer ends. Church. I don’t mean just the “back row Sunday” church thing, I’m referring to the “sleeve rolling” church. Jesus was so abundantly clear throughout the Bible, saying “Follow Me”. Not “watch me” or “fund me”. He’s actively asking you to roll up your sleeves and take a part in your spiritually well-being. Become involved in your church, attend that extra discipleship class, and heaven-forbid show up 15 minutes early to spend time with the crazy church-goers. Be a part of something different, be the Church.
